A recently refurbished charentaise farmhouse conveniently located in
St.Romain, between Aubeterre and Chalais on the D2.
The accommodation comprises of four bedrooms, each with its own integral
bathroom.

Up until a few years ago the property had its own vineyards and production
facilities to make various products under the name of the then owner 'Willy
Cabrol'. Sadly these are gone but the fields remain, now planted with
young trees.

Domaine des Vignes is situated right at the southern end of the Charente
region of France, bordering onto the Dordogne.
The beautiful village of Aubeterre is only a couple of kilometres away
with, during the summer months, its river 'beach', village square, local
artisan workkshops, various bars and retaurants.
The many towns and villages play host to festivals from Show Jumpimg Events,
Flower boating, duck racing and even 'jousting' along the river.
Also popular in the area are the numerous cross country cycle tracks,
walks and kayaking. These are all based locally.
